Daniella’s place is tranquil and very comfortable. The spot on the water is amazing, and better than the photos. We loved our stay here with family and recommend highly.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

This place was an absolute charm! Not only was it private and idillic, but the villa itself was magnificent! It had everything you could wish for. Even after leaving we are still enjoying the memories of the ambience and the quality of the property👍👍 Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Villa on Coba Point over christmas period (24/12/21 to 27/12/21), we rented a boat from berowra waters marina which took approximately 30mins to get to the Villa. Upon arrival, we are astonished on how the place looked exactly like the photos and it was just perfect! It was very private and quiet; the serenity in this place is beyond words. Since we hire our own boat, we had the liberty to explore berowra waters and found 2 beaches nearby however due to the time we visited the place where most establishments were closed, we are not able to try the amazing restaurants (something to do next time). Also, the villa used solar power system so ensure to ulitise most of the electricity in the morning, although there were 4 of us staying in the villa and used the oven a lot in reheating our food, the electricity was never a problem, as a back up generator was available (which can be a bit loud though if you are staying at the master’s bedroom). The only concern we had is the mosquitoes at night although the villa provided all the necessary lotions, sprays and incense to use. Daniella is also very organised and response promptly during our stay. She provided us with maps and guides on boat hire, activities and restaurants. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at the villa and the free use of fishing rods, kayaks,netflix and game room was a valuable addition to our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of sydney life :)

We stayed for 2 nights after getting engaged and we were blown away! Absolutely stunning property, Daniella and Matt were both very helpful! The were only 2 slight issues, 1. The WiFi didn't work very well, which in terms of disconnecting, isn't too bad - but when it comes to listening to music etc, it became a little difficult. So be sure to download a bunch of music to your Spotify while you have reception. The hosts did say the quality of the WiFi can be affected by bad weather though, which was most likely the case. 2. Being so secluded the properties energy comes from a generator, which got low on the first night we were there. The generator is right outside the master bedroom window and had to run all night (around 8 hours) in order to charge. Electricity stayed on the whole time, but the noise really is quite loud. Neither of these issues had even the slightest effect on our stay. The property isquite literally phenomenal and we could t have enjoyed it more. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would 100% come back and recommend to anyone. The cleanliness and style is second to none, a proper hidden beauty. Thanks again for having us!
