We stayed for 5 days just after Christmas. The house felt like home immediately for my family and a friend’s family. I would return without zero hesitation and recommend for anyone who wants a private getaway in the white mountains area (lots of hiking/skiing options around).

The property was clean and spacious. Great views. You'll definitely you'll need a 4x4 during the winter months to navigate the dirt road section. Check-in and check out were very easy. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Dave's house was exactly as pictured, even more impressive is waking up and seeing the mountains, enjoying coffee on the deck was extremely peaceful. I thought the house was just built that is how new everything was, but according to Dave it was built in 2017, which says a good amount on how well maintained the house was after a few years. The kitchen was ample in space, bathrooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. There is a bunch to do in the area, some activities require a decent drive, but we had a blast. Activities included Cranmore Resort (mountain coaster, etc.), White Mountain National Forest, Chuckster's, Lost River Gorge (highly recommend), spent a day at Lower Falls within White Mountain. Food wise, Exit 28 Pizza wasn't bad at all, Little Schoolhouse was a miss for us, One Love Brewery was good, Nachos Mexican was really good but the best was dinner at the house. Check out the community center, great spot for the pool, lake and other activities. TY Dave!

The house was spotless, my family felt at home!!! A great place to take your family and kids. Dave was very responsive even that our stay was over the 4th of July weekend. Private location with a stunning view from the family room and bedrooms. It also has a back deck facing the woods with another breathtaking view. Thank you Dave for accommodating my family in such a last minute notice. Btw, I forgot my popcorn maker there, so if you are staying at Dave’s place you can make great use of it!!!
