Had this house been better managed, the house would have been perfect for our visit. We could not believe the abandoned looking house was our house. The grass was overgrown more than any neighbor. The shrubs blocked the entry. There was a huge pile of bird poop at the entry there's a birds nest with 2 birds that were not happy about our presence. We get into the house, which is freezing cold. We notice the stain on the couch cushion, along with dog hair and food. We put our luggage down, try to adjust the thermostat but it was locked. We return from dinner but now the lock on the front door will not open. We had to stand in the rain because we did not have a car, the birds will not allow us under the porch and Lisa would not answer her phone until I called Airbnb. We had to borrow towels and blankets because there are no face towels & we were miserably cold. Lisa continually promised to correct problems but she did not. She made excuses and lied about correcting them.
