The Elaya is perfectly located near lovely variety of restaurants and shops. We quickly realized you can easily walk to most places including the mall, the castle, university and public transport (bus/train/taxi), is easy to access. Wonderful ambience in the hotel bar & restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals and cocktails. Responsive front desk with professional staff who helped us to smoothly upgrade our room and made our stay quite enjoyable. We also appreciated the effort in communicating in English. There are a few maintenance issues however they’re renovating which is quite exciting. I hope to experience the new look when I stay over next time. The hotel is pleasant with great potential and I recommend staying there.

Una estada fantàstica! L’hotel molt aprop del centre de Kleve. Es molt bonic i net amb general, pero al banc dels peus del llit hi havia taques a la tapisseria. Al repassar l’habitació no treien la pols. Pel demés un hotel molt recomanable en tots els aspectes. Si haguéssim de tornar per la zona ens allotjariem al mateix lloc. Un lloc molt recomanable!! Vàrem anar amb les nostres mascotes, dos gossos petits i cap problema, ens van posar unes mantetes i els bols de menjar i beure. Les mascotes molt ben tractades. Gràcies a tot el personal, sou molt agradables

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The biggest issue I had with the hotel is the quality of WiFi. The first room I was given could not get any signal, so I was moved to a different room on request. Even with a strong signal, the WiFi would cut out every 5 minutes making it difficult to use. The pillows in both rooms were very thin and uncomfortable sleep on for a side sleeper. The curtains block out some light in the mornings but are not blackout. The breakfast buffet in the morning has all of the basics but is quiet expensive in my opinion. Despite the great location, I will be looking for a different place to stay next time I return to Kleve.

Hotel Rilano is center of Kleve city.Everything is very near.Super market,shopping street ,train station,bus stop etc.Staff are very friendly.I really enjoyed the stay
