Koselig tomt og ok beliggenhet. Mangler vedlikehold, dyner og puter burde vært vasket. Masse maur og illeluktende dusj. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel virker ikke. Mangler kjøkkenvifte.

A pretty cheap house really close to the beach! Seems like a great find, right? Wrong. Comes with all kinds of strings attached and really poor communication. It looks cheap on Airbnb's site, but Dan Center charges you for electricity, doesn't include anything at the house, and the cleaning fee is 1000 DKK (130 euro) or you clean yourself if you brought cleaning supplies with you. Since you have to pay for the electricity you also have to record the values from the meter when you check in and out. Seems reasonable except that there are 2 electricity meters. Dan Center sends an email with pictures of the meter that you need to read, except that it's a picture of the wrong meter. The meter that you need to read is outside and is covered by a piece of smudged plastic that makes it almost impossible to read. If you say here, and I strongly advise against doing so, you will need to bring fitted sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, hand towels, dish/cleaning rags, cleaning supplies (there is an ancient, smelly vacuum cleaner), spices (including salt- there was only sugar in the kitchen), cooking oil, and toilet paper. Despite the cleaning fee of 1000 DKK/130 euro it is obvious that this house has not seen any proper cleaning in quite some time, judging by the amount of dust and spiders. The terrace would be nice if the furniture were usable. The swing set is old and dangerous. It's about to come out of the ground. bunk beds do not have proper mattresses, just cheap foam. If you need to get in touch with Dan Center then I wish you luck. Best bet is to stop by their office in Ebeltoft, if they are open. The positive aspects: near the beach and quiet neighborhood. My advice, stay somewhere else that is not managed by Dan Center. We will definitely not be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the cosy house. It is wide and very bright with big windows. Well equipped.
