I want to start with saying how amazing of a host Max is. Not only was check in and check out a breeze, but she was also very willing to make sure that mines and my friend's experience at her place was a comfortable one. We stayed a little over a month and man, we wanted to stay a little longer just because of how convenient the location was and how comfortable we felt. It may be a little noisy on the outside, but it's something that didn't bother us at all. The location is very walkable and if you enjoy all kinds of food? there's plenty to try around. There's a good truck that parks across the street, definitely recommend it to everyone that get the midnight cravings. The loft was adorable, the pineapples give it such a colorful and comfy vibe. I definitely felt at home and my roommate did too, we were sad when our stay ended just because of how amazing the experience was.

Very clean and functional. ONLY thing to be aware of is that there's a tremendous amount of vagrancy on the property.

Max's place is really nice. It's clean and private and there's great amenities including parking right outside the unit and a washer/dryer that work well and you can't hear them while they run. The shower has some of the best water pressure I've had in an AirBnB. The shutters are great for afternoon naps. The area's nice and there's several restaurants you can walk to that are highly recommended such as Super Mex and Sushi Mafia. I didn't get bored eating. There's a Vons a few blocks away. The beach is right down the street. Just keep in mind that it's downtown Long Beach and on one of the busier intersections, so you will get street noise that escalates during the weekends with people flossing their cars and motorcycles. It's doable, but I'd bring earplugs, just in case.

We had a wonderful time at Max's place during our month-long stay! Max was very kind and responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful! Very new, modern, clean and secure. We had our very own parking spot next to the apartment entrance in a garage, which is very convenient for the location since parking is hard to come by in the area. The shower had great water pressure and it really felt like I was at a spa. We felt extremely safe and secure, especially since there was a rolling shutter security door to protect the patio doors and windows. The location was great, with a delicious taco truck parked across the street every night. And many restaurants and bars in walking distance. We walked to the many places on 4th street and also Downtown within minutes. I would definitely recommend Max's apartment to everyone and would also love to stay here again!

Had a great stay at Max’s place. She was very responsive with messages and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is very safe, with two levels of entry. Easy walkable location within minutes to downtown as well as the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Lastly, lots of pineapples, 10/10 would stay again.
