The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but it's definitely a good space for families to hang out. The location is great as it's not far from Sedona and Flagstaff. Highly recommended!

From grocery recommendations to easy check in/check out instructions, Kristy was super communicative! Honestly, she's the best Airbnb host we've ever had. The place is perfect for a group trip! Open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, lots of seating, game room for kids was awesome! The outdoor decks were great - seating and firepit were ideal for adults while kids played outside in the snow. Great, quiet community. Quick drive to Flagstaff. Will definitely stay here again!

Place better than expected. Super quiet and full of peace. You can really breathe pure air. House is super cozy and you can meet all your family in the living room all the time. Both outdoor spaces are beautiful. You can’t miss the lake behind the house. But you can’t imagine how enormously kind is Kristy, she’s the sweetest and responsive host I’ve ever met.

Kristy was super helpful! She provided effective communication during our trip. Her place is amazing! We spend Christmas in family and this was the perfect place for it. I really reccomend her as host and her place.
