This is an amazing house! We had a group of 10+ and stayed for about a week and it was fabulous! The walkability to the main part of downtown and the outdoor space was the best part of the house. We would 100% come back and stay again!

I can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. Family vacation for our group of 7, including two small children. This house is walkable to the plaza, which has a lot to offer. The house is well equipped, spotless, and more than roomy enough for our family. The outdoor fire place was very cozy for us on the nights it didn’t rain. The kids had room to play. We had one small problem that was weather related, which Sasi took care of immediately. We hired a local photographer for family photos and we took quite a few at the house because the property is so well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. If you are considering The Elliot Barker house for your trip to SF, just do it.

This home is outstanding and we had the best time inside the house, on the grounds and around town. Everything we wanted to do was walkable! Kutlu and Sasi had great recommendations. We ended up celebrating a big birthday at the house and Sasi helped us find an incredible photographer! It was a win-win vacation and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to be hosted by Sasi and Kutlu, thank you!

This house far exceeded our expectations! We had our 20 person private wedding event here and stayed in this house with our wedding party. It was an incredible experience! Everyone had a comfortable place to stay and common areas were large and stunning. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Each room has its own unique style and they did an incredible job maintaining the historic integrity of the house while decorating it in a upscale, modern way. The gardens and outdoor areas were amazing and added to the magic of the house. The location is super walkable to the plaza and everything you’d need cannot be overstated. Highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Santa Fe!
