Had a fantastic stay at this property! Exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Despite being in the town centre it was still quiet and felt very homely. Would 100% stay again. Loved our time here.

We’ve stayed at Karen’s properties two times now! First was absolutely amazing so re booked! We had a few minor issues (nothing major just want to give feedback to the host)! Location is lovely, bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us too much. Lovely and clean, decorated well, had everything we needed. Only areas I would personally change, the blinds in the bedroom! They look lovely but let in so much we ended up waking up as soon as it was light around 7am every morning, wasn’t quite the lie in I’d expected on a weekend trip! The outdoor terrace was also not useable, there was building work outside, it was just the flooring then a big drop with just a builders fence put up! They did leave a note to apologise for the noise but do wish this was mentioned before we booked as I had planned to use it! I do find Karen’s places a little chilly upon arrival and for a few hours as heating is off completely too! Especially in winter! Overall we would 100% be booking again.
