Fully loaded and furnished apartment with 2 private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and common shared spaces (approximately 2000 sq. ft. in all) for rent in a central city location, with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. The rent is not negotiable. This sum includes maintenance payments, all taxes, and provision of all the included (40+) amenities that are mentioned in the listing under "What This Place Offers". Please do go through them. 3-B-1 is a 3-bedroom apartment. However, for rental purposes, you will have access to 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. We live in another apartment in the same building and use the third bedroom of this apartment for storage and for use by our 2-person office staff who take care of repairs and general maintenance of this apartment. This room would be accessed, occasionally, between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Monday to Saturday After 6 p.m. and Sundays, we would not be needing to enter the apartment. Our Sukhalay Homestays executive is available from 10-5 - Monday to Friday- to provide assistance/information required. The apartment is fully furnished and with a fully loaded kitchen including cooking implements, vessels and crockery. We also have a laundry washing and drying machine. We provide one private car park in the building basement and general parking for 2-wheelers. Cleaning Service: We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic living space. Our staff will clean the rooms and bathrooms three times a week. However, please note that cleaning of dishes used for cooking and eating is the responsibility of the residents. Safety Features: - The entire apartment is fitted with mesh doors & windows. - Fire extinguishers are placed in the kitchen and the living room. - CCTV cameras are also placed throughout the building Rental T&C: - A long-term contract to be signed - 2 or more people can share the apartment - Rent - Rs. 70,000/- (inclusive of building maintenance at Rs. 10,236/- per month) - Security deposit = 3 months’ rent; refundable at end-of-stay after deductions for damages or dues, if any - Electricity bill to be paid monthly on actuals - There is a building charge, payable directly to the Building Manager at the time of moving in and out, which is currently at approximately - Rs.4200/- for both charges - If you would like to use the building gym, there is a month-by-month subscription of Rs.250/- payable directly to the Building Manager
