We stayed during the darkest, coldest days of winter while we prepared to open a restaurant in Frenchtown across the river. It was cozy and well appointed for the two of us and our dogs. Ideal for a small family. I imagine it is really nice during the warmer months.

We live nearby and rented the home for relatives who were visiting. All our guests loved it. The beds are enormous and "the most comfortable mattresses ever". The living/dining room area was roomy, comfortable, and great for hanging out, eating, playing games in the evening. There's a real sense of privacy on the property - you don't see another soul or hear the cars on the road. We saw a dozen deer last night, which was pretty amazing. We plan to rent this home again and again when we have friends/relations come to town. It will be great for our grandkids - lots of room to kick a soccer ball around in the yard (which had been freshly mown and looked gorgeous). I guess my only disappointment was that the pool, which was supposed to be available for use, was very murky. We wouldn't have been able to swim had we planned to. It was inconsequential to us, but would have mattered had it been our grandkids who were visiting. Otherwise, a superb rental and experience!
