This brand new villa with private pool offers luxury and space for 6/8 people. With luxury kitchen, green garden and 3 bathrooms en suite. Every room has airconditioning. Just 30m from the Araçaipe beach, the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. House is located close to ferry and =2 km from the cozy city center, the perfect place if you like beach and beach clubs. The condo and house are completely walled. Possibility to hire a cook or cleaner for extra fee. Insta @vilajatoba_arraialdajuda The rooms are spacious and have a relaxed atmosphere. The private pool in the garden is approximately 6 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.5 m to 2 m. The pool is maintained once a week. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of pans for cooking and more than enough crockery, glasses and cutlery. There is a regular bus stop that takes you to the village, so having a car is not really necessary.

A casa 05 é incrível! Fomos em 02 casais e curtimos muito. A casa é ampla, com muito conforto e privacidade. São 03 suítes muito confortáveis. Uma área gourmet invejável, com churrasqueira, piscina e área verde magnífica. As camas são muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas de marca excelente. Todos ambientes internos climatizado. Glauciene é uma ótima anfitriã, nos orientou sobre a região, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. Certamente voltaremos a essa casa incrível. Nota 10!
