Sarah's place was awesome! Perfect for our group's needs, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and backyard were great! Location easily accessible to everything as well.

The host was great -- we paid for the heated pool and when I asked about it she was able to program it remotely (and did). Easy entry, etc. The view was also as advertised. The place was not as great, at least for our family (of four). The location was, I don't know, it didn't feel like you were on vacation. And before you ask, this was a last-minute trip and so unfortunately by the time we committed (and were able to see the exact location), it was too late to back out. Also, we had to deal with drilling on a pool in the caddy-corner back yard (including being downwind of the resulting dust that was being created), and throughout the trip we had to deal with at times incessant dog barking from the next-door neighbor's yard. We were there exclusively for the pool/back yard so that was not great. Overall, I think it might be a good value for a bigger group that doesn't mind noise, but for a smaller family that values location, newer furnishings and quiet, not as great.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for the early portion of the tennis tournament and it was an easy, quick drive. There were plenty of stores etc also nearby. The beds were comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
