Spacious and conveniently located right by Kyoto station. We had a great stay!

This AirBnb is located on a small street that receives limited foot traffic, despite it being a short walk from the train station, a mall, several shrines, and some delicious nearby food options. The AirBnb is a beautiful well-maintained property with two cozy bedrooms, a homely living and dining room space, fantastic laundry amenities, and a traditional-style shower and bath space. The host provided detailed instructions for the check-in and check-out processes and was easy to communicate with. If I find myself visiting Kyoto again, I will certainly check if this AirBnb is available again.

Location with all amenities, very clean with good quality matresses and easy to find. Located right by the metro track, so quite noisy.

It’s was a great place to stay, a great size for a family and located right next to Kyoto station giving us access to rail network. Beds were nice and warm, lots of blankets and the with three air conditioners the house can be heated quickly during the winter season. Would definitely recommend.

the downside is the check out time too early ie 10am .. whilst the others practice 11am. we had to pay ¥2000 extra for the 1 hr late check out .. else, the rest are excellent. we love the place especially the beds !! and that it is walking distance from Kyoto Station!!
