The cottage feels like home and clean. The owner was quick to respond. Enough space to fit 5 families! Lovely walk to a fall at the back of the cottage! We had a great time at Vlad’s cottage!

The house is amazing and is right beside Eugenia Falls & the Bruce Trail! Lots of space for our family attending a wedding in Kimberley. Great outdoor spaces on main & second floor levels with seating and forest views. Vlad was great at communicating, provided clear house rules and very accommodating!

We had four elderly grandparents and four young adults with us. The ten of us fit comfortably in this beautiful spacious property. We loved the greenery all around and that the Bruce trail and Eugenia Falls were our nearest neighbours. Our group had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchens on both levels were well equipped. We appreciated the BBQ for cooking and the awesome patio spaces on both levels. The baseboard heaters in the basement bedrooms allowed us to take away the damp chill of our first rainy night. The walkouts from the basement level made it feel like a first floor but with the lovely cool temperatures on hot days. We especially enjoyed a trip to Hoggs Falls. We were also close enough for excursions to Collingwood and Wasaga.

The location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the space. We appreciated the quick and easy communication the host. A couple of things to note to make your stay smooth: you’ll need to bring your own towels and sheets so plan ahead for the many beds. The downstairs is quite chilly so warm sleepwear may help, and cool sleepwear upstairs. Double check with the nice host whether there is a baking sheet if you think you’ll need it, or a sharp butcher knife for cooking. The second kitchen downstairs was useful for food storage for our large family.

My friends and I had a great time here. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful area, with lots of trails near by.
