Für fünf Tage Prag-erleben perfekt. Alles sauber, einfacher Küchenblock wie beschrieben, zur Straße hin sehr laut, ziemlich nahe am centrum, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf der Straße hübsche, kleine bar…alles sehr empfehlenswert. Evtl. sind nicht alle Zimmer so perfekt. Preis-Leistung hat für uns gepasst.

I booked a room for my father who came to visit me. The shower was defective, and it caused him an inconvenience while showering. When we tried to seek help, the staff was not helpful and did not offer any solution. After he requested to change a room and they agreed, they took back the offer and left him in the same room. The manager came to look at the problem only on his last night. She was insulting and told him that "he can manage to shower". Overall the room was true to the description, and the price and location were good. BUT the treatment that we received was awful. No compensation or apology was offered.
