Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Christina Le logement est très bien équipé Internet fonctionne très bien Il ne manque rien ! Le centre commercial juste en face est top ! Le centre ville vivant est tout à fait accessible à pieds. Nous avons toujours trouvé des places de parking libres devant la résidence ( en mars ) Christina n’y est pour rien, mais des travaux de construction d’une nouvelle résidence au dessus de la résidence de Christina font du bruit en journée ! Ce n’est pas invivable loin de là mais le bruit nous a quand même un peu dérangé car nous étions en recherche de calme. Encore merci à Christina pour son accueil et ses présents ! Nous recommandons ce logement !

A really lovely apartment with an excellent outside space enabling you to find the sun or seek shade. Very comfortable bed. Nicely furnished. We appreciated being met by Christina to show us where the apartment was and the facilities available. Cristina was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had before and during our stay. We loved the wine and cheese. The supermarket opposite was very good. Some building work in the area but no problem to us. Generally a peaceful area. Good location to walk into Puerto Rico which has excellent selection of shops and restaurants. Very frequent buses from centre of Puerto Rico but beware the drivers often didn't wait for passengers to be seated before starting off which was dangerous and scary ... think they thought they were driving racing cars ! Plus the step on to and off buses can be very high. In conclusion we would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Wat een fantastisch huis en wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben wij gehad. Ik raad dit aan en dit is het eerste huis ooit waar wij naar terug willen in de toekomst! Het penthouse is geheel privé en niemand kan meekijken. Alles is van goede kwaliteit. Er lag een cadeautje klaar en ze was heel lief. Dikke pluim voor Christina❤️

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. The location is great, there is a supermarket right across the street and the beautiful Puerto Rico and the Mogan mall just a 10 minute walk away. The terrace with jacuzzi is a dream, though there was not much of a view. The jacuzzi took some time to figure out (with the host's kind assistance), some printed out instructions would be nice. The neighbors were mostly quiet. It was good that the host met us at the entrance upon arrival, because i'm not sure we would have found the apartment by ourselves. Overall, a very nice stay, would recommend.

Christine was a lovely, welcoming host. We could rely on her with any query that we’ve had. She has proven this when there was a small water issue which was resolved within couple of hours. The apartment itself is fairly priced, very tastefully decorated which is not something that common in 70’s vibe Gran Canaria. It’s comfortable with all little details you could possibly think of. From sewing set and kitchen utensils, spices to tv with Netflix. It immediately makes you feel at home. It’s well located with gorgeous mountain views, big supermarket opposite and large shopping centre nearby. A bit further from the beach but if you have a car there’s no issue. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, big wardrobes, well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. For us the highlight was the outdoor space. A spacious sunny terrace with gas grill, dining, relaxing space, sun beds and jacuzzi. It felt very private and very relaxing! We look forward to stay with Christine in future.
