We are owners as well and needed an additional night. Kris was kind enough to host us and did a great job. He was proactive with messages. Highly recommended if you haven’t stayed at Grand Colorado at Peak 8.

Inaccurate description on website. Pictures showed that there is a balcony with mountains view and that’s why I preferred this room over another which was about $1000 cheaper. However, there was no balcony and no view

We had a fantastic time at Kris’ place right before New Years. The location simply cannot be beat: steps from the lifts, ski school, the gondola to town. The convenience of a parking space, a ski locker, and access to pools and hot tubs were wonderful perks. We knew we were booking at a time when most units only offered a one week minimum stay and were so glad to find Kris’ unit for 3 nights. This week is a pricey time of year to visit Breck but it was truly worth the cost. Kris even had a wonderful gift box of snacks and sparkling wine for us. Incredibly thoughtful to include GF snacks too. We will come back!
