I had a great stay with Lisa, Kyal and their pets ! It is very quiet in the house even though it is situated right on the main road, and the localisation is great to go hiking on the side of Mt Taranaki. The kitchen has everything you need to spend a few days there, and the supermarket is so close you’d be faster on foot than with a car ! Overall a very nice place to spend a few days if you’re interested in doing hikes in the area.

The stay at Kyles and Lisa's place was great. Before arriving we had to change dates multiple times and they reacted open and easy going to the changes with nearly instant replies. We received easy to follow location and check in instructions. it's directly along the main road and next to a Woolworth. The house and room are clean, well equipped, functional and has everything required for a short stay. The pets, Ludo and Hudson, are super adorable and friendly. Also the open minded chat with Kyle in the evening was great. we can really recommend staying with them if you plan a trip to taranaki
