We operate this property as a Bed and Breakfast year round, and at times live on the 3rd floor. You can rent the entire place. Sleeps 17 comfortably. 6 rooms, 4.5 baths. There is a private first floor room that I do rent out separately. Bluebell Suite. If you reserve for enough in advance. I can add this room sleeps 2. 1 bath. This a great place to hold your family event. Marietta is a very quaint old town having many nice restaurants, Antiquing, shopping and the Susquehanna River Trail. Full house rental. Full Kitchen. China service up to 35. Dinning Room seats 8. Music / event room- Tables and chairs up to 24. Wrap around porch seats 36.

The house and grounds were lovely. I booked the entire B&B for myself and 12 other friends for a holiday weekend. Our overall impression of the lodging was hampered as there was a guest staying at the B&B that the Host failed to mention to myself or my party until after check-in. This resulted in an issue the final night of our stay. We found the host's response to fall short of what was expected. It's a very nice B&B just make sure there are no failures in communication
Rachel accommodated our group well. We rented the entire guest house for our group.

Welcome to my bed-and-breakfast. I enjoy what I do. Come to a place where you can step back in time. Enjoy good food and company. My breakfast consist a farm to table. I work with seasonal fruit and vegetables. I do my best and making your stay comfortable. If you’re with Airbnb I try to accommodate. If you’re renting the whole house…you’ll get the kitchen. If you’re at the discounted rate, you can always add on the breakfast. If you share a glass of wine with me you get to know a lot more LOL. I enjoy a good battle of the minds. Cheers
