My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Gran’s Lodge hosted by Jon. We were in town for the country music festival and the place was about a 15 minute walking to the main street. The place was perfect; everything was clean and comfortable during our stay. Jon was very responsive which was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Tamworth.

Gran’s Lodge was an ideal base for our first time to the country music festival. Easy walking distance to Peel St and the Park. Jon has thoughtfully provided everything that you might need to feel right at home. It was lovely to find the fresh bread, cold beers and wine stocked in the kitchen. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket a block away which was really handy for groceries. Comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower and the air conditioner was a welcome relief from the heat. Off street parking is available right outside the front door as long as you are comfortable navigating the long narrow driveway, otherwise there were plenty of spaces on the roadside at the front of the property. We would not hesitate to stay again next time we are in the area.

Had amazing stay at Jon’s. Very comfortable and peaceful place. Very close to town.
