Beautiful, super quiet, private location. As mentioned the platform is a little worse for wear but I was still able to use it to set up a sky viewing bed (with all the sleeping bags). Saw a ton of shooting stars. Didn’t look like certified dark sky like I’d hoped but beautiful nonetheless. Great spot to get some nature away from the clouds.

The views are spectacular. the silence is deafening. Visits from deer unexpected. Exactly what a camping trip should be.

This place was amazing and everything we’d hoped for. Private to camp and not bothered by anyone. We like to be away from society when camping. Plus close enough to go do some exploring. The only cons that were a little different from the pictures, and to be very fair I’m sure is all stuff that can’t be helped and is weather related, but the entire site was on a bit of an incline so there wasn’t an ideal spot for our tent and the area around the fire pit and deck definitely had a bit of an incline. My food kept trying to roll off the prep table! “Someone grab that potato!!”Lol. Again, I’m sure that’s because of rain etc that’s made what used to be fairly flat into somewhat of an incline. That is the only con. The rest, just outstanding!!
