This stunning ranch sits amongst 9 plus acres with two stalls and a round pen unique for airbnb. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a custom built loft. The loft has queen over queen bunkbeds along with twin bunks and two oversized , overstuffed corduroy beanbag full beds. This rustic farmhouse offers cozy comfort with lots of privacy, yet close to so much! Brand new a/c heat pump installed 6/28/2021 2 King Beds 2 Queen Beds Full Size Futon 5 Twin Beds 1 Queen Size Bean Bag Bed 1 Full Bean Bag Bed 3 stall barn and round pen plus fenced in pasture. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PORCHES. USE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA . PLEASE OBTAIN APPROVAL FOR PETS PRIOR TO BOOKING. 6 miles from Fool Hollow Lake 6 miles from Safeway 10 miles from super Walmart, Show Low Lake. Local spots for food and fun you wont want to miss. Berties, Cattlemen's , Buffalo Bills, The House are just a few names of must haves.

Cozy Hollow was absolutely amazing! Super kid friendly which was a must have for us. Felt right at home in this space. We loved that the whole property was easy sight lines from the decks for our dogs. Overall we will definitely recommend this property to others and stay again in the future!!
This home was very cute, just like the pictures. Audra was a great host very responsive and our last nights stay we almost were snowed in and she allowed us to stay longer if needed. A little far from the mountain if you’re going for snowboarding but if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation this is the place.
Spent Christmas with the family and it was amazing! Very peaceful and such an amazing place, easy to find and accessible. Provided so many amenities anything you needed was there. Great yard with a great fire place they even had a trampoline for the kids. Definitely recommend this cozy cabin! Audra was very helpful and would respond quickly. Would definitely reserve again! Thank you for having us. 🎄
Can say enough good things here without running out of space. House was very clean, close enough to town but far away from it where you can enjoy your stay…I took my horses and there was plenty of space for everyone… I would stay here again in the future…
