Always happy with Carole's property which has become my go-to place for my regular one-week visits to Montpellier. Strong wifi connection allowing remote work; enough working space (I finally figured that the kitchen table has useful expansions). Very convenient location to visit (by car) offices / customers in the Hospital / University neighborhoods as well as Castelnau / Jacou / Montferrier areas. Twenty to 30 minutes drive to airport and to one railway station (Sud de France). Within 10 minute drive, some restaurants around including Halles 610 (multi casual restaurants) in Jacou or those in the old part of Castelnau.

Carole was the perfect host and the place was so quiet & peaceful. I live in Australia and visit my daughter & her family in the village of Clapiers once a year. It was the perfect place for me ...an easy walk to my daughter's home, perfect parking outside the premises & a very short walk to the village facilities. The major shopping centre of Jacau is a reasonable walk and better suited to car travel. With a car, travel to Central Montpellier or Castelnau le Lez is easy. Parking in Central Montpellier is a little difficult without local knowledge. My solution was to drive to the tram station in Jacau and take the tram to the city. It is a great and very efficient service and the fares are very cheap. Carol has every thing you could possibly need for a stay in her apartment. In summary, it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in Clapiers & I will certainly try to book it again when next I visit. Thank you Carole, Raymond Balmer

Very nice stay at Carole’ place …..again. My third stay over a year. Convenient, quiet, residential location in the north suburbs of Montpellier. Car is recommended. Recently created separate, independent quarters under carol’s primary home. Essentially new. Quality food-store nearby (5 to 10 minute walk) and restaurants (within 10 minute drive). Very easy communication with Carole.

Carol’s place is one of my to-go places in Montpellier. Quiet, clean, independent, well-priced. Great communication with Carole. Note that some form of motorization (car, motorcycle, …) is needed to quickly reach downtown or the tram lines. Will return.
