This house is truly amazing. The interior is incredibly functional and comfortable but also beautiful. Each bedroom is private and has its own lovely bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (not always true of AirBnB houses) which makes cooking enjoyable. The screened-in porch was our favorite place to eat. The views are simply spectacular. Tracey was a great host - responsive and helpful! Would be thrilled to stay here again.

We spent a month at Tracey's beautiful home this summer and didn't want to leave when it was over! Everything - from the property (and view!), to the house, to the screened in porch, to the outdoor seating / dining areas - was amazing. Our time there truly exceeded expectations. We loved going for walks / hikes in the morning and evening, whether on the buddhist property behind the house, the Coleman Station Rail Trail, the Overmountain Conservation Area, or the Sharon Land Trust (Twin Oaks Preserve and Goodbody / Paley Preserve). There were two farm stands within a five minute drive (Silmar Farm and McEnroe's), which we frequented almost daily for fresh produce, and there is a Freshtown grocery store within a seven minute drive. We grilled almost every night and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Millerton is also a ten minute drive away and has a cute downtown with a great bookstore and other local shops. We went to Stissing House in Pine Plains for dinner twice (highly recommend), as well as to Troutbeck, Four Brothers Pizza, and 52 Main. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you're not up for cooking. Tracey was a great host and very responsive. The house was very comfortable for my husband, our dog, and me (we both worked remotely the entire time and had no wifi issues). We miss it already and can't wait to come back for another extended stay!

We rented the house for a month this winter. Lovely modern furnishings, gorgeous views and Tracey was a terrific and responsive host. All the amenities you would need - and equipped for winter with lots of wood for the fireplace and heated floors. A beautiful home away from home!
