Enjoy this recently renovated (Summer 2023) 1 bed / 1 bath condo unit in the heart of South of Fifth. The ideal place to be close to everything but away from the noise. Only 100’ (3 min) from the beach along 3rd St and Ocean Drive, easily walk back and forth from the beach, eat / party at some of the best restaurants & clubs, take a stroll on Ocean Drive, or take your little one to the playground. We treat this apartment as our home away from home, and we cannot wait to share it with you. This elegant and beautiful 2nd story 1 bed / 1 bath condo with almost 500sqft in size is located in a beautiful historic 100 year old Art Deco building along 3rd street. The home recently underwent a massive renovation (June 2023) and includes a new fully equipped kitchen with bar and luxurious stone countertops, washer/dryer for washing clothes, new comfy queen size bed, sleeper sofa for a 3rd person, big screen TV with Apple TV and streaming services, 1GB high speed internet, full linens, towels, walk-in closet and even beach towels and toys. For those traveling with little ones, a pack and play is available as well.

Suzy Sofia is the best! She was super responsive and helpful. Her place is in a perfect location for eating at good restaurants, hanging out at the beach and walking along the beach path. We highly recommend it!!!!

O apartamento da Suzy está perfeito. Mesmo estando em um prédio antigo, está todo reformado e moderno. Tem toda estrutura para uma hospedagem tranquila. Pode se fazer tudo a pé, pois é junto à Ocean Drive e a passos da praia. Próximo de mercados e restaurantes. Inclusive tem um mercadinho bem completo ao lado do prédio. Rua tranquila e segura. Além disso, tem garagem, algo raro em Miami e que acaba economizando em estacionamento. A Suzy responde rápido e é super atenciosa. Recomendo o apartamento da Suzy. Eu voltarei!
Excellent stay for a Miami south beach vacation, everything as described! Lots to do around within walkable distance. Suzy is a great host and we would love to visit again!
This place is 10/10. The apartment has very good location, close to the beach, very quiet but close to the Ocean Drive. It was very clean and well equipped. The free private parking is a very big extra. Suzy helped us a lot and always replied immediately. She is very friendly and helpful. We loved our vacation here and we will choose this please if we travel to Miami again.
