My wife and I were fortunate to be able to enjoy living in Mayra's apartment for over 6 months because of the many benefits which come with it. We liked living in the Marina Vallarta neighborhood, and Mayra's apartment is located in a secure and quiet building. We found the building security guys and maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful. The apartment provides a wonderful 3rd floor view of the marina and the activities on its malecon. The internet service we experienced in the apartment was very good (around 125 mbps down and 10 mbps up). With multiple grocery stores and convenience stores within reach, we cooked our meals regularly and made good use of the oven in the apartment (something that can be hard to find in Mexico). During our stay, a brand new air conditioning system was installed, and it worked very well during the normal hot and humid summer in PV. Using the foam top that was in the apartment, we found the bed to be comfortable, and the apartment was furnished with everything we needed for a long term stay. Mayra is a warm and friendly host, and we had good communication with her. Even though she doesn't live in the area, she was in communication with the building management to make sure that any issues we reported were attended to promptly. Thank you Mayra for your hospitality, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay in your apartment again some day.
