I'm giving this a 4.5 star rating because of a issue we had with the internet service and also the master bathroom is a little weird. I'd have to say that the hosts were pleasant. They did their best under bad circumstances regarding the down internet service provider issue. Overall, the place is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is very large and modern if you like to stay in and cook. My only peeve was the master bathroom that doesn't have a door for privacy if you're doing your business... If you're a shy person, you might have to use the bathroom in the hallway. They do have a cool bonus room in the back yard that has a pool table and a Foosball table and a trundle bed. There is an a/c unit in this room but unfortunately no TV. I did not get a chance to use the pool or Jacuzzi but it looked nice and clean.

We had a large group stay and we loved how open the kitchen and living space was to have everyone involved in cooking and cleaning. The outside space was well kept and easy to have everyone in one place but spread out at the same time. The pool was too cold to use but you can request to have it heated. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful during our stay. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in the outdoor space, make sure you bring the right shoes because it is very sandy to get to the pickleball court.
