This house was way overpriced for the condition it was in. One toilet became easily stopped up. Another was running. However they did come and fix this. Stairs were wobbly. Broken fireplace glass. The smoke smell from the upstairs master from the fireplace was awful. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and some of the dishes didn’t come clean. Overall….this house was priced as if it was an up-to-date house and it hasn’t been touched since 1980s. Pictures will deceive you! Either lower the price and keep the condition the same. Or the leave the price and update the condition and make repairs.

Casago responded to my questions by copy/pasting their entire check in documents--even when I asked questions not answered in their check in the documents. Several questions were never answered. House was clean and spacious. They clean the hot tub after every guest. Some interior damage in various locations in the house. Not significant (broken sliding door, hole in wall behind a different door, etc), but made me worried we'd be charged even though we didn't cause the damage. Furniture is very old and eclectic. There are millions of light switches, many of which don't work. When icy, the driveway is extremely dangerous. Multiple cars slid within inches of serious exterior damage on the stone wall lining the steep driveway. Multiple people fell on the ice while trying to guide the cars down the slope.
