Location is perfect. Walkable distance to all famous tourist attractions and good restaurants. Room is clean and spacious. Living room, bedroom are all very big. There is even an additional half bath. This is actually more like a hotel rather than a traditional Airbnb so be sure to check out their own website "arenalsuites" before booking via Airbnb as you may get a better price. The only small thing I would have is that the host wasn't super responsive in chat. In the end we did get all our asks satisfied so no complaint!

I cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was here. The location is perfect. It is central to everything someone visiting Madrid would want to do. We were able to walk to everything, and did not need to order a taxi once. It is located above a bustling street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is very sound proof and once the windows are closed, you would never know that there was a noisy street outside. The unit has all of the amenities listed, and our host was kind enough to explain how to use everything during the check in process. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the best that we had during our 10 day trip in numerous locations. The linens were very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were also spotless and had everything we needed. This includes blow dryer, washer/dryer, and large refrigerator. This rental is a 10 out of 10. We plan to book again for our next visit to Madrid, as we cannot imagine finding a better location with more friendly staff.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Cercano a los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. El inmueble estaba limpio, ordenado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta en Madrid. El equipo de recepción es ameno y disponible para resolver las inquietudes .
