A stunning apartment with breath taking views. The location was perfect, we couldn't fault our stay at all.

This apartment is in a beautiful location - with a balcony that looks right across the Promenade des Anglais to the Mediterranean. The photos are absolutely accurate and it is as lovely and pristine as it looks. All the equipment works well and is very modern. The locality is the other end of the Promenade from the old town - so it is more local than touristy. It’s a short bus/taxi ride to the old town. The area has some very nice restaurants, bakery, markets and is a real neighborhood.

Greg’s place is among the top airbnbs we have stayed at. The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and the view is spectacular. Communication with Susanna was easy- we were able to store our bags at the apartment even though we were early for check in time and the apartment was not yet ready. The apartment is a 20 to 30 minute walk to the old town, but it is a very enjoyable and scenic walk so it was not a problem. The immediate neighborhood has a couple of bakeries and grocery stores, as well as a great pizza place and a good restaurant. I would highly recommend this Airbnb with no reservations.
