My family and I loved our stay at Abby's loft. Everything was clean, and instructions were clear. She was extremely helpful and always responsive. It was a very pleasant experience.

The perfect place to rest after a long drive! So peaceful inside & out! Parking was easy and convenient. Easy entrance with the last 4 digits of phone # ( I didn’t have to memorize a number!!) Steps up to the apartment above the garage with a spacious room - comfortable bed with cozy bedding, 2 comfortable chairs, bedside tables on each side of bed, & kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful & peaceful view of the mountains from the backyard. We also took an easy walk to a beautiful cemetery at the end of the road. Quick drive from I-81 and near Buena Vista and Lexington, Va- 2 nice towns.

We just needed a place that was convenient to Lexington and this totally fit the bill. Abby excepted us at the last minute and the place was beautiful!

Abby was a wonderful, sweet very responsive host. I got the impression she was not at the property, and I had arrived fairly late in the evening, but she made every attempt to resolve a parking issue I had, and it all worked out. I truly believe her loft room is beautiful, private, and cozy, with great amenities available. My only suggestions would be to request a cleanliness check before every rental, by someone else if she is not present, to ensure the cleaning service has thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, and placed clean linens in the bathroom and on the bed. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and those things did not have a significant impact on my stay, and I would stay again, however if I'm paying for a cleaning fee, I would expect it to be clean, and that does effect the value of the stay. The bathtub and shower seemed clean and it was very nice to have toiletries available. Thank you, Abby for a nice stay.
