This tiny cabin was very cozy! The little plot of land was beautiful! If you have allergies to mold/mildew I’d recommend making sure you have some medicine for it! It did smell musty, but it was raining and when we arrived the window was open. We turned the a/c on and it helped the smell quite a bit! The loft didn’t look like it was swept. There was dried contact lenses and bitten off fingernails on the floor. It wasn’t a big deal to us since there was a broom in the utility closet. All of the cabinets were labeled which was very helpful! There’s also quite a few of spiders, given the location of the unit it’s expected! Few minute drive to restaurants and 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville!

Decent experience. Location was great and the property felt cozy and secluded. Only issues were a small water heater resulting in hurried showers and several gnats in the loft upstairs on the first night.

Wasn’t what I expected at all, unfortunately it smelled very musty as I arrived. There was lots of hair and crumbs behind the bed. There was little black bugs crawling on the floor near and on the bed. Lots of bugs and not very clean. Host was very understanding and nice. Communicated well and offered a full refund.
