Good price, you probably will lose sleep here though. I made the mistake of not looking at all the messages after confirming my stay thinking it was like any other Airbnb where they send you a confirmation message and a door code. But at Nicole’s there’s a whole questionnaire you need to send back to them before they send the door code. So, I got to the Airbnb late at night and realized this, and I messaged them for the door code and they basically pulled an “answer these questions 3” before you may pass. So we were just sitting outside in the cold doing this dumb song and dance, when all we wanted to do was go to bed. “No, we’re not smoking or partying we want to brush our teeth and go to sleep!” Nicole and Co. live upstairs and they have 2 toddlers that wake up at 7am and stomp on the floor above you, if you wake up early, you’ll be fine, but you can forget about sleeping in.. can’t say this is a easy simple Airbnb

Nicole and her husband were both very nice. They were super friendly and very welcoming. The place was very nice and exactly how it was described. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this air bnb to anyone. Very good experience all around!!
