I really enjoyed my stay, the home had everything I needed for my long stay. I got to work on my sewing projects as well as play croquet with my grandsons. The home was tastefully and uniquely decorated and a backyard that was a comfortable calm retreat.

The house is cozy and you can’t beat the location. Unfortunately you have to share WiFi with the upstairs unit, so we were kicked off many times during our stay. It is loud when there’s a tenant upstairs. You can hear every word of the upstairs guests conversations. We loved the house and location, the WiFi issue was very much an issue. You cannot work from home here.

This place is in a fantastic location within a short walking distance to 12th, meaning lots of wonderful food and shops are nearby. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet, considering the location. The actual house is wonderfully well equipped and was more than enough space for my partner and I to stay for a month. If you are noise sensitive, be warned as you can hear the upstairs tenants no matter what they are doing. I will say though, that they added some sound proofing that actually helped considerably, but I still would be hesitant if you need absolute silence. Communication was fantastic and they were very kind. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we'd definitely come again!

The first thing to know about this house is that, while it's very lovely, the sound is a real problem. On the first floor of this old home you can hear literally everything from the airbnb tenants upstairs (eg walking, conversations, toilet flushing, etc.) The house is old - sound travels easily but also the barrier door between this unit and the unit upstairs is not a true door and not appropriate for separation of rental units. That being said, I had a monthlong stay here, working from home, and surely this affected me more than your standard weekend rental. If the sound doesn't bother you, or you're out on the town all day, then it may not be a factor to you at all. The home is otherwise a VERY lovely space. The yard is great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You're only two blocks to 12S. It's a great location. Everything else about this rental is tip top.
