Dan, Kathleen, and Joe were very responsive. They helped me move the reservation between their places. The studio was very clean, beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable. The location was great, close to several attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

My boyfriend and I booked last minute and were so grateful we stumbled upon this property. The owners were beyond helpful and friendly. They were very responsive to any questions we had. Even in the winter, this stay is beautiful and beyond peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for two nights. We can’t recommend Dan, Kathleen & Joe’s property enough!

This is our third time here - and I think that says a lot about this location - it is the perfect location for us. It is near everything and still quiet with the feel of the old Cape. We have know tried all three cottages on the property and each has its own charm. Very accommodating hosts, great grounds (even with snow). We look forward to staying again.

Dan, Kathleen, and Joe are such a breath of fresh air. They are warm and welcoming and their cottage is adorable. We went during the Cape's off season and enjoyed our stay very much. would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.
