Planet Chalet is lovely to stay at — the hosts are super friendly and help in any way possible to make your stay comfortable. The check in and check out times are flexible. A member of the hosts family even drove us around for our entire stay for a very reasonable fee. They are very knowledgeable about things to do around Mersing/islands near Mersing and who to contact. Airbnb is a 5 minute drive from jetty and there’s no Grab in town, so you gotta take local taxis.

It was super hot in mersing. But the room was even worse. Aircond unable to cool down the room at all. Checkout earlier due to its too hot. Room was okay. But no tv, no wifi. I cant even do anything. If the room was cold enough, atleast we can rest & sleep during the day after went for island hoping the day before. But we can't even rest bcs we were sweating. Btw, Room & toilet is clean. Towels, shampoo provided, coffee & tea too.

Ne pas hesiter à appeler l'hôte pour qu'il vienne vous chercher à la gare routière. Il le fait avec gentillesse et peut aussi vous emmener en ville car le logement est à l'écart.

Syeds family takes great care of the place and the guests. they go out of their way to help in any way possible. the place is very peaceful and Serene. would definitely recommend it.

The place is a good spot for transit to the island. it's clean, near by to shops and the best part for kids they have cats and many fish ponds. the owner let us park our car there and even send us to the jetty.
