Ling is super responsive and willing to help all guests. The location and access to the T is great, and the arboretum is right around the corner. The arboretum is a great place to run in if you’re an avid runner like myself. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the kitchen was so hot in the middle of summer since there is no central AC and a window unit cannot be added due to the voltage requirements. Other than that, it was a good place for the 2 months I was there

Plenty of space, the bed is very comfortable, and easy access to the city. Walls are a bit thin, so I suggest closing the french doors for some sound deadening when you want privacy. Internet was very fast but would sometimes cut out, but this was easily fixed by turning the router off and back on. Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil I could think to use (tongs, slotted spoon, cleavers) and all the essentials too. Great value stay

Good place. Close to T-station, Target, FroYo, etc. You get basically 3 rooms for yourself. The kitchen is well equipped. The most importantly is that the host responses very fast and keep checking in :)

Ample space for 2, pictures are pretty accurate to the rooms. Shared kitchen is large enough for numerous users. Ling is a very accommodating host. Very close to bus routes and the T. Internet was upgraded during our stay and could support numerous video calls.
