Nice place for the money but it's kind of a hike to get to the mountain to ski

We never made it to the airbnb because of terrible weather conditions and a sick guest. We asked kindly to have them change our dates since we knew we couldn’t get a refund. They refused to do so and came up with whatever excuse to not change our dates and keep our money. We paid so much money to go for 2 nights. They were never helpful nor kind not even credit for future trips. We were so excited to go there, sadly didn’t go as plan.

We enjoyed the condo - very very clean, lots of dishes, and furniture and beds were comfy. I did think it was ski in/ski out but that is definitely not the case however the shuttle does pick up and drop off right at the entrance. I also think it could use a little maintenance. Neither bathroom door locks and the full bathroom door doesn’t even shut properly. The upstairs feels a little unstable and creaky. I also think it should be stated very clearly that upstairs bedrooms are in the loft without doors. Overall, I would recommend it but next time we will be staying in a ski in/ski out property with dedicated bedrooms.
