Die Villa war wunderschön! Alles genau wie beschrieben. Diyar hat uns empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wie der Pool funktioniert, die Sauna usw. Der Pool ist perfekt, da er beheizbar ist und man somit auch abends in der Nebensaison im Pool entspannen kann. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, das Wasser ist sehr klar. Ansonsten gibt es in der nähe viele kleine Läden und große Lebensmittelmärkte wie Migros und Bim.

Had a great time on the villa! Huge, fresh and modern, a lot of different lights everywhere making it look super awesome. Top highlights: heated swimming pool, sauna, summer terrace with a grill. Even in April, when the sea is not warm yet, it feels almost like summer, esp. if you're lucky with the weather. And the area is calm and mostly empty before the season starts. The rooms are huge and well isolated. The bathrooms/towels/bed linen were clean, but I'd expect to have more towels and bed blankets in a villa for 8 people, with a pool. The kitchen works fine for cooking, though could use more amenities and tableware. The host always responded immediately, he and his friends were extremely helpful and understanding even despite of the language barrier. Keep an eye on the weather since if there's not enough sun, an electric boiler should be activated separately to heat the water instead, which we unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Verdict: recommend, would be happy to come again!

Şiyar was a kind and responsive host. He was helpful and answered any questions we had. The house is just as pictured. Lovely, well-done, well-stocked kitchen, beautifully landscaped outdoor space, large upstairs balcony, electric blind for the evenings to darken the rooms, a heated pool and a sauna. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a 4 bedroom house which was perfect for 2 families with kids ages 3-6 (1 small bedroom downstairs with a full bath, and 2 upstairs with 2 full baths). The house is a 10 minute walk from the sea and a nice city park. The bigger markets (Migros and Carrefour) are a bit further - maybe 3 minute by car. The city was just starting to open for the season which meant it was very quiet and relaxing for the beginning of April. It also meant some places were not open yet. We didn't mind. Kemer is a little bigger with a few more options, a little more lively. We really enjoyed explore this area with our friends and kids! Just a couple of notes, there is construction going on next door, but honestly, we didn't really notice it. Only a few times did it seem to be a little loud. Otherwise, our stay was quiet, especially in the morning and evening. There is a fence and trees that provide a lot of privacy. As well, make sure you check the note about paying the electric separate when you leave. We heated the pool during our staying and used the sauna at the beginning of April (we did not need to turn on the floor heating). It came to be about $100 extra, but it was absolutely worth it. Our families were so happy to get that much time in the water, especially since the sea water is so cold! The sauna was nice too as it heated up fast and helped take the chill off if our kids were bit cold after they got out from swimming.
