Tim was a wonderful host and answered all of my questions quickly. The condo was clean and cozy, as well as being very close to everything we could need. Perfect choice if you are attending an event at Roger's Arena! Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Tim’s apartment was as advertised and shown in the photos. The stunning views from the lovely balcony made our mornings and evenings delightful. Tim was accommodating when we arrived early, providing clear instructions and being highly responsive. The apartment included a well-lit, compact indoor garage parking space. 24 hour security as well as daily maintenance of common space, this professionally managed building was one of the nicest we've stayed in. The apartment was well-stocked, with ample closet space and convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Linens and bedding were laundered well and in good shape. Since the arena was so close we decided to book last minute hockey tickets and had a great time cheering on the Canucks. This non-touristy, high-traffic residential area suited our family perfectly. While Vancouver has its share of unhoused population, we felt safe throughout our stay in this neighborhood. We’d happily rebook this comfortable and conveniently located apartment.

The place was exactly as described and Tim is very responsive and flexible. The place is very close to everywhere tourists need to get to. the view from the condo is spectacular. Thanks Tim and we can't wait to be back again
