We really enjoyed our stay at Bramble Cottage. The location was great for driving to nearby places of interest. The kids loved the garden out the front with the wildlife ponds. Thank you.

Lovely cottage, great location. We were a party of 6 friends. We enjoyed sitting outside on an evening and it was easy to travel to local places of interest. Melrose is lovely and it was less than an hour to beautiful St. Abbs and Coldingham on the coast. Be warned though, the smoke/heat detectors are very very sensitive!! This is mentioned in the property description but we weren't quite prepared for how loud it was, they were constantly set off by the toaster on a morning yet not by cooking on the hob! Shirley was very friendly and recommended some places to eat.

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Everything was simply perfect at the cottage and it was spotless. Doggie friendly and excellent hosts. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was a delightful retreat immersed in nature's tranquil embrace. From the well-maintained accommodations to the serene surroundings, we found everything to be exceptional. We especially loved: - The accommodations were impeccably clean and showcased a keen attention to detail. - The natural surroundings were breathtaking and offered a peaceful ambiance that rejuvenated our spirits. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they proved to be friendly and accommodating. - The beautifully manicured garden added a touch of charm, reflecting the care invested in the property. The beds provided an incredibly comfortable haven for restful nights of sleep. - The hosts struck the perfect balance of being welcoming and respectful of our privacy. - Our group of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful experience! :) We‘d love to come back again!

Nice quiet location only 10 mins from Kelso. Very clean, spacious accommodation as described. We enjoyed the excellent outside sitting area with fire pit. The cottage has a generous parking area. Really good communication from Shirley & David, very quick to reply when we did have a query. We would stay at Bramble cottage again and would recommend it to others. Ed
