I thoroughly enjoyed my one-month stay at Sandeep's well-maintained and beautifully furnished apartment in India. Sandeep proved to be an outstanding host with prompt communication and invaluable local insights that greatly enhanced my vacation. The apartment is nestled in a friendly, safe neighborhood with easy access to local markets, malls and landmarks. Every detail in the apartment spoke volumes of comfort and quality, making my long stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend Sandeep's place for an authentic and enjoyable Indian vacation experience.

The place has both pond view and sea view which is specatulous to see sun rise. It is same as pictures 2 Bedroom with AC and 1 Bedroom( non - AC) Hall( AC) They have all the utensils and crockery for cooking and dining Great place for hangouts Near to Marina Mall, which has INOX ( theatre), fun activities like dugout( trampoline), VR games, timezone etc Thanks Sundeep for this amazing place

Sundeep was an exceptoinal host; he was always available when we had something to ask of him, and took care of what we requested promptly. There were a few issues, and he worked with us to resolve these right away, even at personal inconvenience to him. The flat was excellent in terms of its location, and very exciting to be in for the few months we occupied it. The complex felt very safe and secure, and was particularly nicely laid out for walking and enjoying the sea-breeze, not to mention the other amenities like groceries, produce etc. Overall, we had a very convenient, enjoyable stay.
