What an amazing experience! The property was immaculate and very welcoming. It was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially like the free breakfast special and the time of availability when it was served. I would definitely recommend H2O Resort to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

My 8 month pregnant fiancé and I were searching for a little “BabyMoon” vacation somewhere close to our home in Florida, got to say, We Found It. Fantastic Stay for our first time here to TCI. The room is definitely a “what you see is what you get” situation, almost too beautiful to believe, but sure enough - absolute beauty. Communication was a little spotty before getting to the resort - was hoping to book private transport to the resort from the airport, although I got an initial response from the resort email, I didn’t get to book a vehicle as nobody got back to me the second email around - ended up renting a vehicle thru a rental car agency instead (probably was the best choice anyways as we are always in and out) Resort was very clean, and although we didn’t partake in water sports this time, it seemed there were many options on site for those wanting to get in on the fun. Beach access is literally on property, a nice stroll thru their contemporary gardens will get you right to the big blue. - The staff was extremely friendly; from reception down to the gentleman cooking a la carte breakfast for everyone poolside in the mornings, they all were very happy to help however they could. I will say - nothing is included in the additional 10% they require at check in. Drinks, food, sporting goods all cost and are added to your room bill - $$$ Gets to be pricey if you’re big ballin’ as they say 😎 All in all I give it a 9/10 - the communication being a little stronger would give it a solid 10 across the board. Enjoyed this trip thoroughly, will definitely be coming back in the years to come. One Love

H20 Resort was exceptional. Nishanda and Julie are amazing! What you see is what you get, the rooms where very nice and the view was amazing. I will definitely be back!

To check in we had to wait a bit because other people had a late check out but it wasn’t a problem. We had a long list of things we wanted to see and do during our stay like having someone pick up our groceries, jetskiing, parasailing, a massage, snorkling, etc. I ended up booking all of them myself besides the massage and groceries. I recommend doing your own food shopping when you get there. It’s annoying but if you want someone to do your shopping, be very specific, because you can’t return or exchange anything and the liquor is very expensive. The suite was absolutely beautiful and they had a cleaning service come in every day keeping it totally spotless! The bartender rashad was Amazing!!! So friendly and always with a smile 😊. This side of the island literally has the most beautiful beach with the clearest water compared to grace bay. The pool was always very quiet! It felt like it was our pool even though all the other rooms were booked. We took a short walk along the beach to a resort that had breakfast for $35 per person and enjoyed that very much. They also have a fine dining restaurant to eat at which was really romantic. I recommend renting a car unless your happy with staying in one place and just relaxing the whole time. We rented a car and explored many other restaurants and beaches during our stay and that definitely made our trip. The car was also needed to do our snorkeling and parasailing but you could take a taxi but it’s expensive and nice to just drive when your ready! With jetskiing they brought the jet ski right up to the beach. (Loved that!) the massaged was the best massage I ever received and she came to our room! I never have left a negative review on Airbnb before but the one thing Id like to say here is that There was a bit of confusion with the receptionist. I would describe it as a communication problem but All in all we truly had an amazing time at this resort and we didn’t really have to communicate too much with the front desk. Everyone was very friendly! :)
