Lovely little cottage, was perfect for me and my 2 friends for the weekend. It could do with updating and freshening up a bit, but overall was a lovely stay! Lots of cooking pans and utensils which was perfect for us to cook with. Cleaning products were provided so we could clean up after ourselves. Beds were okay, not the comfiest but nothing bad. Shower was lovely and big. Garden is beautiful, we sat outside on the bench for our breakfast. Parking is great, only thing I would point out is there is a small steep slope to get onto the gravel parking so could be hard or not possible with a car which is low. Overall a perfect stay and would definitely go back if we visit again! Host was very responsive and let us have a late check out too.

This was a rather disappointing property. Although the garden is beautiful (and beautifully maintained) and the location ideal for accessing the city of Norwich and surrounding countryside, the property has not been well maintained. There was a pervasive musty smell, and visible signs of damp/neglect particularly downstairs in the kitchen but also upstairs on one of the bedroom ceilings. Some of the furniture in the sitting room and bedrooms had seen better days, although basic kitchen and bathroom fittings had been carefully cleaned in advance of our stay. I am sure that this could be (and perhaps has been in the past) a welcoming Airbnb house, but it is not that at the moment. I should add that Cilerna, the property's management company, were very prompt and friendly in dealing with us, so we have no complaints on that score.

More basic than expected and needs some maintenance. It felt more like a student house than an Airbnb For the price you would expect basic things like a hook to hang your towel in the bathroom. The shower is unsafe with water switching from lukewarm to scalding. There is a damp smell throughout the house. The property is in a good location and has a beautiful garden. It has the potential to be a lovely cottage to stay in with a bit of tlc.

Conveniently located cottage in a lovely village with easy access to Norwich and the coast. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive to any queries that arose.

Lovely little cottage, in a really peaceful setting but with all amenities to hand along with some lovely walks along off road paths. The cottage was very well equipped and had comfortable furniture and furnishings. It is nice to see mirrors in all both bedrooms and bathroom and sensible positioning of plug points (for hairdryer).
