This AirBnB is a gem. Well-appointed, clean, quiet, top floor, excellent A/C, comfortable bed, deluxe shower, two bathroom sinks, abundant parking, bright (note: no deck/balcony/patio). I was a single, but it's perfect for a couple. And only a three-minute bike ride to a major trailhead. The hosts were clear and prompt in their communication. Both they and the condo felt nicely welcoming. You cannot go wrong with this place. [Special info for MTBers: This is a prime location for St. George rides--several other trailheads within a 10-20 minute drive. Hurricane is about 45 minutes; Gooseberry and Wire mesas an hour. If you schedule your trip for weekdays, you'll pretty much have the trails to yourself. I went on a 7-mile blue and saw maybe five other riders--wonderfully un-Moabish.]

A nice place to stay during our trip to St George. A bit far away from the center of the city, but it's not too bad. The host is nice and very responsive. The furniture and appliances are old but in working order. If you just need a clean room, a place where you can cook your food, wash your clothes during your stay, this is it!

We had a great stay in St. George. A very comfortable space in a complex that is nicely located in the St. George area. Apartment: not much to add to listing here -- everything was as described, clean, well thought out, and easy to live in. There is a Mr. Coffee for the mornings, various pots and pans for cooking, easy to use dishwasher, laundry, etc. Everything was 5 stars, with the bed being the only weak spot. It was quite noisy so be aware and bring some earbuds. The complex itself is great as well, offering a ton of amenities that make it suitable for your rest days -- pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, a pool, mini golf, billiards, and likely more at the clubhouse. Easy access to all these. Location: If you're going to St. George, you know location is not really an issue. That said, this place is in a very nice neighborhood, and very close to a couple restaurants, a gas station with a respectable mart, and a nice riverside park to boot.
