Very safe, quiet house and neighborhood. House is well stocked with supplies. A/C, televison, internet, and all appliances worked great. Host responded quickly to questions.

Stayed here for 3 months while on a travel Nurse contract, with my 2 cats and 2 dogs and it was a great place to stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard was great for the pups and being able to sit out on the porch to watch them was good too. Had no issues whatsoever during the 3 months of staying here. Internet worked amazing and fast as well. We were able to stream movies, both be on our Xbox's and game and no issues with a slowdown or anything. Would definitely stay here again if the place was available!

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth’s place! It was great for our family and had all the amenities for our long term stay. Ruth was very accommodating, and had great communication during our stay.
