They charged my card some hidden amenities fees and as soon as I checked out charged my Amex again for the entire cost of my stay which obviously i paid weeks in advance almost 6k was charged now I have to dispute this with cc called them and they had very bland excuses not cool at all said they would handle it with there accountant team still Haven’t heard back from them

Expect to cook your food ,order some food or go out to eat because they don’t have room service.Getting a rental is way better than getting a taxi .

Amazing stay at an equally amazing property with amazing staff. We had everything we needed, especially traveling with a child. Life vest and beach toys are even provided. Great location too. All three buildings were nicely separately but very close to the beach. It really felt like an intimate hotel/resort with the amenities and without the crowds. Love the vibe. Can't recommend H20 enough. Thank you!

I had a remarkable experience at H2O. The assistant manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a 5-star experience. The hospitality was unmatched. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.
