新建造的太阳能1卧室私人独立车库公寓，带阁楼。这个迷人的宠物友好型藏身处坐落在1.5英亩的土地上，部分树木茂密。公寓配有全新的电器、美丽的木质装饰、可通过梯子进入的舒适阁楼，以及非常适合狗狗的围栏！下面的车库里有洗衣房可供房客使用。距离Chagrin瀑布不到10分钟，距离CVNP 30分钟30分钟，距离CLE机场30分钟。方便进入公寓的密码锁。客房是一套新建的私人独立车库公寓。车库本身由业主使用（不得将房客车辆停在车库中）。不过，车库洗衣房可供房客和房东偶尔使用。车库旁边的房源不供房客使用（由其他租客使用）。 1.5英亩房源的其他部分是共用的，包括烧烤区、车道和狗狗围栏。太阳能发电信息-房源是电网连接的，因此即使太阳下山也会有电源。当太阳升起时，太阳能偏差将收取费用。目前没有电池存储，但有一个备用丙烷发电系统，可在电网中断时提供电力。

Very cute place! Great for eco-conscious traveling. Space is small but has full-size appliances which is nice! Quiet, semi-rural location but only a few minutes from more suburban/urban areas. Just a few minutes from lots of shopping too. We stayed for the weekend while selling our house so probably won’t have occasion to stay again but will recommend the place!

Hard to find places that take the amount of dogs we have. Anthony was kind to let us stay. Place was exactly as described! Fenced in yard was a plus as it gave my pups some exercise unleashed. Will definitely come again if we are traveling in the area. Thank you Anthony!

The place was clean and check-in was easy. There are renters in the attached house that we interacted with that were friendly and have two small children. When we arrived the window unit AC was not installed, so it was uncomfortably warm in the unit. However, we called Anthony and he responded immediately saying he just hadn't installed it yet for the upcoming warm weather season and came right over and installed it. The additional challenge with the unit was related to the water pressure and temperature, both of which were inconsistent throughout our stay. The water would randomly drop pressure and suddenly go from hot to cold with every use. Anthony came to attempt to address the issue, but it was not resolved while we were there. We had our infant son with us and did not feel comfortable bathing him with the temp fluctuations. Despite the challenges, he was always friendly and apologetic and offered a partial refund for our troubles, which we accepted.

Anthony's listing was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, comfortable, and was a great spot to stay for a few days. He was very accessible through messages.

We truly enjoyed our stay. the kids loved the loft and with being a first time Airbnb user Anthony was very helpful with getting me started, going above and beyond. We may have to make this a regular stop on our travels.
