Hi. My name is Aleksander. I live in Delray Beach Florida, and have 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat!))). Also I am a licensed real estate agent and investor in Florida. I have a passion about real estate and I try to do my best to accommodate my guests. As you can see, all of my listings have great reviews as I am trying to offer best value to my guests by providing high quality properties at very affordable rates. I travel a lot and I can firmly state that unfortunately many hosts don't share the same passion about their rentals and obviously there is too many unprofessional hosts who just care about collecting the rent without providing proper service. I always manage my properties myself and my wife Yana help me as well, also I do have a team of licensed contractors and 2 full time workers ready to do any repairs if needed ASAP. That is what makes our properties stand out, none of the big management companies can deal with issue faster than us. We are a small family business that want to stay small and manage few properties and offer quality instead of quantity. We find the property, we buy it, then renovate it and list it on Airbnb, everything from start to finish is made by us.
